Chastity Bono was the daughter of the legendary Sonny Bono and ultra iconic Cher. Thanks to plastic surgery though, Chastity Bono is no longer the daughter of the famous Sonny and Cher. Chastity Bono has been completely and irreversibly transformed into Chaz Bono through gender reassignment surgeries. He has certainly followed his mother’s footsteps in terms of plastic surgery and has carried the tradition even further to a whole new level that not even Cher would go. Normally, drastic plastic surgeries tend to be several plastic surgeries bundled together over time to create a completely new person (i.e. the cat woman).
In 2008 Chaz Bono, still Chastity Bono, had a complete breast reduction, or mastectomy, having both breasts totally removed from his body. That was a big enough surgery to utterly transform a person, but Chastity took the drastic plastic surgery theme one step further when she became a man by having her waist down female anatomy irreversibly changed to that of a male thus making Chastity Bono, daughter of Sonny and Cher a person of the past and Chaz Bono, the son of Sonny and Cher the person of the present and future.
Chaz bono says that the major surgeries have made him happy and feel complete. This is a lesson for anyone interested in plastic surgery. If cosmetic surgery is the way to go, it should most likely be because the person desires to alter something that makes them happy verses what makes everyone else happy. Often times, plastic surgery does not have to be as drastic as going from female to male or even going from a 34A cup to a 34EEE cup. Sometimes all that is needed is a slight transition from a 34A cup to a 34AA or 34B cup to make a person happy and content. But what matters most is that they are happy.
